Fillipa is an experienced practice manager, having worked in primary care for over 30 years, and is working closely with all staff to ensure that the surgery evolves and adapts to the changing face of the NHS.

A practice manager supports the partners and oversees the day to day running of the surgery, staffing issues including recruitment and coordinates patient participation group surveys and feedback including review of complaints. They also oversee the surgery’s policies and procedures and attend locality meetings.
