Contruction Work at Goldsworth Park Health Centre

Dear Patient,

Please be aware that refurbishment and construction work will be taking place at our Goldsworth Park Health Centre site from Wednesday 18th March for approximately 4 months. The site will remain open during this time but we would like to apologise in advance for any disruption or noise pollution that this may generate over the coming months. 

We are excited to announce that the resulting work will allow Sunny Meed Surgery to expand into the site at Goldsworth Park Health Centre and once the work has been completed, we will be able to offer more availaibilty from this site.
